Changes for the Better


After years eating what I want and when I want, I realized that I was completed out of control. One day I decided to change. Anyway I was concerned if I can reach my goals, lose 40 pounds. Start take me months, every day, for me was the day, but the days were over and I did start what was I doing for so long, eating without control. I remember a friend of mine always encore me to do some exercises. She invite me several time to the gym. On June 23 was my big day. That Sunday was a sunny day as usual in Arizona State. When I wake up, I put some gym close and I went to LA Fitness closer to my house. That was my first Zumba class. Even when I enjoyed, I was really tired and almost I can walk out off the gym, but day after day I kept going and work out as hard as I could. After a month I began to see the results that before I was skeptical. I loss more than 9 pound in my first month.
Also my eating habits had completely changed. All my friend and coworker encore me to kept going and that is what I doing. When I look back in my life and compared it with  today, I feel so proud of myself and that is one of the most amazing feeling that any want can have. I am encore all people that are in the same situation that I was, to do what they have to do because they can do it.  I went from size 17 to size 13. I loss more than 30 pounds already and I kept working. Eat wright and exercise often is for my key to successes and get want I want or better said get what I need.
